T³ #010: Re-Download What You Read

Wouldn’t it be great if you had a photographic memory? I’m sure someone you know is able to see and remember some of the craziest facts and moments; if only we could do that with highly important information, right?

We are overloaded by information on a daily basis. Think about in school when you had to binge cram information into your brain until it hurt for your test in 24 hours. I’m sure by the end, not much of it was retained. The same thing happens right now, but the types of information change throughout the day. Through radio, music, conversations, reading, thinking, and many social media outlets, we are very rarely left in silence to process, digest, and download all of that information just from hearing it once.

Re-Download What You Read in order to better retain or re-learn what is important to know! I am hoping Trail Tip Thursdays have either sparked or enhanced your enjoyment of traveling the trails, and if not, leave a comment below to what you want to hear that will get you interested.
